The style is reminiscent of classic knives my grandfathers used, and I certainly appreciate that. I feel like this is a knife I can keep and pass down myself. Blades are firmly set, sharp and strong. Easy to unfold and place back. Feels good in my hand and sits nicely in my pocket. It IS made in China, as previous reviewers have said, but I don't feel it has affected the quality of the product. I was shocked that it was made in China. I bought a Buck because I was trying to support an American company. The blades were extremely sharp right out of the box. Carried very nicely in the pocket and did not get in the way. The wood handles are very nicely done...now if I could only find it again. I misplaced it in my house. Will probably replace it with a black durlin handled model. More expensive BUT, made in the USA. |
