And I've paid WAY too much for some of them that broke easily or had other significant problems.This gem works exactly like it promises. Its design is simple and durable, avoiding some of the delicate parts that other LED keychain lights sometimes use. These other lights might look "cooler", but I've found they are prone to breaking (see my other review, Microbeam Flashlight, if you're curious). Most importantly (at least to me), it only lights when I want it to! This may sound like a silly thing to get excited about, but I've found other brands commonly go off in my pocket unintentionally. They are great when they work but it seems that eventually the switch fails. Press and nothing happens or the light flickers. I've used these in Iraq, Afganistan, England, Germany, Korea, camping, at work, at home ,everywhere. Get one of these and a fire steel and keep them on your keys, they are so handy! |
