This small field memo book is incredible. Of course, like all other RITR products, this is superior quality! I have submerged it for 15 minutes, written on it both above and below water, yanked, tugged, stomped, and tossed this notebook. Even after being underwater for 15 minutes, its hard to yank a page out of the book... and even more difficult to tear the page after it was finally removed. Both pen and pencil write on this paper in any weather conditions, and it is VERY easy to read notes after being weathered. If you want a small enough note pad to toss in your pocket without worrying about sweat, rain, or dirt destroying it... you are in the right place. I can't say enough about Rite in the Rain products... just buy one and you will understand. This one is just the perfect size, not too big, not too small. And it lays flat to take up less space than a spiral bound would. I also like that you can just use a regular pencil to write in it. I guess I won't know for a few more months how it actually held up, but it looks great!
